Linda McKenzie has offered outstanding support to me with regard to my phone enquiries about my Polaris seat cover. She has consistently responded with efficiency and courtesy to all my questions and has gone the extra mile to ensure the highest level of customer service by liaising with the supplier on my behalf. I feel it is very rare in this day and age to experience such a high level of customer service and I am so thankful that Linda is in charge. Other companies should follow suit! Thank you Linda!
